Once a month, for the full moon a 30-minutes FREE meditation session is offered by Kalyana Therapies. This session can include a variety of elements such as:

  • Body scan
  • Focusing on the breath
  • Kindness meditation
  • Mantra chanting
  • Moving Meditation
  • Introspective Journey
  • Journaling
  • Discussion and Exercises, etc.
